AUTOMATIC E-MAIL REPORTS
®	Through our CYBERLINK SERVICES® you will receive daily, weekly or monthly activity e-mailed to you, your customer or to both of you.
You also have the ability to request:
Activity on one or all of your accounts. Opening and closing reports Complete data bases on any, or all of your accounts. A short printout of your accounts (account number, name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number).
The activity reports are automatically sent out at your request, on an account basis. When you request the above listed-reports, you need your company number, and a nine character (alpha/numeric) pass code. The reports are sent in ASCII test. That means that you can import them into any word processing program.
When the request is made, the computer sorts your request, and very quickly e-mails the report to you. With CYBERLINK SERVICES®, you can forward activity to your customers and add comments, special announcements, Internet links or anything else that would be of interest to your customer. All of this is done without licking a stamp or addressing an envelope.
